In practice

From order to invoice

Staff take orders on a full-screen tile layout, with menu categories and the most-ordered items first. Options such as "No onion" or "Add cheese" are added to each line with their prices.

Saved orders go straight to the kitchen display, or print as kitchen order tickets. If the customer changes their mind, the order can be edited until the bill is settled, and the kitchen is alerted to the change.

At checkout the order becomes an invoice, with the same payment and printing as CubiclePOS. Recipes deduct ingredient stock with every sale, so you can see what each dish really costs.
