What is CubiclePOS?
CubiclePOS is a cloud POS and business management system made in Sri Lanka by Cubicle Technologies. It runs in a web browser and handles billing, stock across branches, customer credit, cheques and accounts.
Which businesses can use CubiclePOS?
CubiclePOS is built for retail businesses, including supermarkets and grocery shops, hardware and paint shops, pharmacies, wholesalers and distributors, mobile phone and electronics shops, spare parts shops, book shops, clothing and footwear shops and other retail stores.
Can CubiclePOS track batches and expiry dates?
Yes. Stock can be kept by batch with a batch number, manufacture date, expiry date and batch-specific prices. Expired batches are flagged while billing.
Can I keep wholesale and retail prices for the same item?
Yes. Each item can have up to five selling prices with names you choose, such as retail and wholesale, and the price level is chosen while billing. Minimum prices stop staff billing below your limit unless they have permission.
Does CubiclePOS work on a tablet or phone?
CubiclePOS runs in a web browser, so it can be used on a computer, on a touch-screen tablet at the counter, or on a phone to check the day's sales.
Which printers does CubiclePOS work with?
CubiclePOS prints thermal receipts, full invoices and barcode labels. On Windows PCs, the optional print agent prints through the normal Windows printer driver and remembers which printer to use for each document. Ask during the demo about the printers you already have.
