What is CubiclePOS?
CubiclePOS is a cloud POS and business management system made in Sri Lanka by Cubicle Technologies. It runs in a web browser and handles billing, stock across branches, customer credit, cheques and accounts for retail shops, supermarkets, hardware stores, pharmacies, wholesalers and other businesses.
Which businesses is Cubicle software made for?
CubiclePOS is for retail businesses such as supermarkets and grocery shops, hardware and paint shops, pharmacies, wholesalers and distributors, mobile phone and electronics shops, spare parts shops and general retail. Cubicle Eatz is for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and takeaways, and Cubicle Jewelz is for jewellery shops and gold dealers.
Do I need to install anything to use CubiclePOS?
No. CubiclePOS runs in a web browser. For printing on Windows PCs there is an optional print agent that sends each document, such as a receipt or a barcode label, to the right printer. PCs without it use the normal print dialog.
Can CubiclePOS send bills on WhatsApp or SMS?
Yes. Along with printed receipts and invoices, bills can be sent to customers by WhatsApp or SMS.
Does CubiclePOS work for more than one branch?
Yes. You can see live stock in every branch, move goods with stock transfers, and check sales and profit for all branches from anywhere.
How does CubiclePOS handle cheques?
The Cheque Calendar puts every cheque you receive or issue on one calendar by its due date. Poya days and weekends move to the next bank day, and cheques can be printed in one click.
