Wholesale software
Different prices for different customers, goods in cases and pieces, long credit and plenty of cheques. CubiclePOS brings wholesale billing, stock, credit and accounts into one system.
Made for: Wholesalers, distribution agencies and shops that sell both retail and wholesale
Built for wholesale trade
The parts of CubiclePOS that matter most when you sell in bulk and on credit.
Price levels
Keep up to five selling prices for each item, named the way you work (for example retail and wholesale), and choose one while billing.
Bulk and single units
Buy by the case, box or bundle and sell by the piece, with a conversion such as 1 case = 24 units and a separate bulk price.
Minimum prices
Set a minimum selling price for each item. Staff can't bill below it unless you give them permission.
Customer credit
Track credit sales, allocate payments against balances and send balance reminders.
Cheque Calendar
Every cheque you receive or issue on one calendar. Poya days and weekends move to the next bank day.
Customer statements
Share statements your customers can open online.
Customer and supplier groups
Organise customers and suppliers into groups, such as retailers and dealers.
Purchases and GRN
Record purchases and goods received notes against each supplier, and track supplier payments.
Multi-branch stock
See live stock in every branch and move goods between branches with stock transfers.
Quotations
Prepare a quotation and turn it into a bill when the customer confirms.
Receipts and invoices
Print thermal receipts or full invoices. On Windows PCs the print agent sends each document to the right printer.
Accounts
Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, ledgers and journal vouchers.
How it fits a wholesale business
Retailers, dealers and walk-in buyers can each pay a different price. Keep up to five selling prices per item with your own names and choose the right one on each bill. Minimum prices protect your margin.
Goods come in by the case or carton and often go out the same way, or by the piece. Set the bulk unit and conversion once, with a separate bulk price.
Credit is where wholesale money is made or lost. Customer balances, payment allocation, balance reminders, online statements and the Cheque Calendar keep collections on track, while supplier payments and GRNs keep the buying side in order.
